We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from Direct National, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Warranty periods start from the invoice date.
All products are return to base (RTB) unless otherwise stated.
- EMSEAL 810 Laminator 5 year warranty.
All other laminators have a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise on quote or invoice.
- Epson Projectors have a 2, 3 or 5 year warranty depending on the model. check your invoice for details.
- Traceboards interactive touch panels (T55) 3 year warranty from date of purchase.
- Direct National LED interactive Smart-Pad Touch Panel 5 year warranty.
- Other items have 12 month warranty period however this can vary on item and period specified on invoice or quote.
For all EPSON Projector warranty claims please call 1300 361 054 with proof of purchase (invoice), projector model number, serial number and fault description.
All warranty claims must include original copy of invoice or invoice number to be able to process your claim. Failure to provide these details may disallow your claim.
