At Direct National we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

We therefore recommend you read our Terms and Conditions and Warranty Policies prior to you making your purchase, so you are familiar with our policies under Warranty.

We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from Direct National, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

EMSEAL 810 Laminator 5 year warranty.

All other laminators have a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise on quote or invoice.


Traceboards interactive touch panels (T55) 3 year warranty from date of purchase.


Direct National Led interactive Smart-Pad Touch Panel 5 year warranty.


Other items have 12 month warranty period however this can vary on item and period specified on invoice or quote


All warranty claims must include original copy of invoice or invoice number to be able to process your claim. Failure to provide these details will disallow your claim.
